This is because our heart rate’s limit also declines, affecting both our heart and lungs in pumping blood-carrying oxygen to our muscles during rigorous physical activities. With that, our muscles will not be able to work the way it once does and this of course, lead to other complications, such as shortening or stiffening of ligaments and tendons, causing joints to reduce its flexibility and range of motion. <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/sci_tech/features/health/healthyliving/exerciserisk.shtml">Worse case scenario</a> is developing bones, joints, and nerve problems such as neuropathy or arthritis, affecting one’s overall mobility.</p>
<p>This however, doesn’t mean you should just give up and head to your favorite easy chair. Study shows that body’s decline of physical abilities is caused more by inactivity than the actual aging itself. A regular workout or exercise can significantly reduce the physical effects of aging, and in some cases, for people with good genetic structure, even reverse some of the set-backs caused by previous inactivity. <p>What inside us plays a vital role when talking about our personalities. But, our body serves as the cover for our inner world to hide. This body, whether you like it or not, is made up of what you eat. Food does not only mean something tasty, delicious and satisfying. Food can also<br />
make our bodies ugly, our hair greasy, and our organs deceased. No one would argue about the statement that looks is the first thing people will see into you. What we eat is what our body gets.</p>
<p>That is why we put importance in taking care of our body. That is the reason why clean food is a priority than junk foods. Our bodies are only as clean as the food we feed them. Clean food does not necessarily mean organic. Food can be organic without being nutritious or nutritious without being organic. Being organic is a good thing, but it is not a claim that it is clean. Clean foods are plainly processed and as direct as nature as possible. They are free from additives, colorings, flavorings and other chemicals that may harm us.</p>
<p>Our bodies are replacing billions of cells every day and we need to use food as the source of building materials. Eating healthy is a great impact in obtaining a longer life and free from major chronic diseases. Eat healthy foods and you will be healthy, eat junk you will end up being a junk. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sexually transmitted diseases can affect anybody who is sexually active. Whether you are straight, gay, bisexual or transsexual, sexual activities lead to higher probability of acquiring sexually transmitted diseases. Sexual intercourse is considered to be the major triggering factor for sexually transmitted diseases. However, some individuals who may not have had sexual intercourse may also acquire STD through direct skin contact with the infected body part.</p>
<p>There are different types of STDs. Each STD may have specific symptoms and manifestations.</p>
<p>Chlamydia, the most common sexually transmitted disease, is manifested in fluid discharge from the vagina or penis, pain in the testicles for men, irregular menstrual bleeding for women and painful feeling when passing urine. These symptoms usually show up 1 to 3 weeks after exposure.</p>
<p>For pubic lice, the symptoms include itchy skin, inflammation in the infected area, visible lice and eggs and spots of blood. The symptoms of pubic lice usually show up 5 to 7 weeks after infection.</p>
<p>The common symptoms of gonorrhea include burning sensation when urinating, yellowish or bloody discharge from the penis, unusual vaginal discharge and anal irritation and discharge. These signs of gonorrhea appear 1 to 14 days from exposure.</p>
<p>Herpes has symptoms that appear 2 to 7 days after the first exposure to the virus. A person with herpes experiences itching or tingling sensations in the genital or anal area, small blisters with fluid, small and painful sores, pain when passing urine, headaches, backaches and flu-like symptoms such as swollen glands and fever.</p>
<p>About 10 days to six weeks after exposure, the symptoms of syphilis usually appear. You may be suffering from syphilis if you experience the following symptoms: swollen glands, small lumps in the groin, non-itchy rash, fever or flu-like symptoms.</p>
<p>Having the aforementioned symptoms may mean that you have a sexually transmitted disease. However, they may also mean another type of infection. Prostrate problems can results in very uneasiness which in old men is very commonly found. Old men are likely to develop cancer after a long prostrate problem. When an old person has gotten a prostrate problem, he should be very careful from them and take proper medication if he wants to live for long. Even though it is very hard to try and avoid such a problem, it can be made sure that once you are diagnosed, you find the perfect way to deal with the problem and make sure that you can get the most proper treatment.<br />

<p>My old grandfather was a body builder when he was young but when he reached at his middle age, he was diagnosed with a prostrate problem which later formed in a prostate cancer. I saw him in very much pain because he did not take medicines on time, which ruined his condition, and he died in severe pain. So whenever you see an old relative of yours having prostrate problems and not taking care of himself advise him to take care of himself because that could result in him in dying with a lot of pain. When one has a prostrate problem especially if you are an old person you wouldn’t be able to control your shit for long so patients are advice to use typical products, which are designed for people having prostrate.</p>

Once you are old you should start taking extra care of yourself because the older you get the more health problems you get. According to a study, men who don’t take care of their diet when they are young face more problems in their old age and once your old you should take care of your health much more than you used to when you were young. A misconception among people is that young people don’t need a diet plan which is totally wrong.<br />

You can eat all that you want and stay healthy, and you may not eat anything, afraid of getting bad health, and still get bad health. This is the circle of life, and everyone has to live with it. You cannot force things that cannot happen, however, it is very much likely that you can find ways to solve this problem, and be able to live a moderate life, enjoying all the necessities and everything else that you like.</p>
<p>The only reason I am telling you this that people who do not take a proper diet go through a lot of problems in their old age. So the question arises what does proper diet means when it comes to old age dieting. This means that try having things, which are easily digestible and go for more green vegetables are white meat because they help you stay healthy. White meat is known to have vitamin E, which is a very important vitamin for oldies. I took part in a survey team held in the Newyork city according to that survey, I found out that old people who consumed vegetables and white meat more and who was health conscious and go through a diet plan very healthier and had less disease than people who didn’t.</p>

For long, there were many diseases and infections, to which we had no solution, since there were no advancements in technology or researches to be done. It was very difficult for people, especially for kids and old people to get to a solution to the health problems that they were up against. However, it has all changed now and people are now able to fight off the threats from many different diseases, like cancer, tuberculosis, etc. Science has advanced greatly and the treatments have been created.<br />

One of my close family members was in his 80’s and one thing that troubled him the most was the personality problem that he was facing. It is said that people, in their old age, are just like little kids, they are crying, weeping, and most of all they have no knowledge of what is happening around them. One moment they are happy and enjoying their life, while the very next moment, they seem so irritated by everything around them that they could just run away.</p>
<p>There are sites that made it very easy for us, as we were able to figure out the problem that our relative was facing, why it was there and how we could make it easy for him to get through it.<br />
A lot of senior citizens are facing this problem nowadays, and unlike many other diseases and infections, since this is a psychological problem, there hasn’t been a solution found to it as yet. People are trying to figure out things, which could help those who are affected by it but up till, to no avail. Till the time there is a proper solution figured out, we will have to be consulting the internet or our doctors for the best solution.</p>

Healthy foods require an equal amount of healthy exercise’s which could help you to stay fit for the rest of your life. Exercise is very important for a person to keep himself up to the mark and stay fit. Many people who exercise have fewer chances of getting a cardiovascular problem in the future. So to keep yourself fit you need to exercise on daily bases but what happens if you were never paying  attention to exercise, and now you are getting old, and you realized that for you to live long you should practice daily exercise to remain healthy.</p>
<p>At an old age, it is not that easy to exercise because one is not used to it and besides old men and women by over exercising are likely to get affected by angina attacks so to avoid this an old man or women should decide what exercise to do and what not to. Proper usages of proper machines are to be used. A thing which is also to be kept in mind is that one should consult an instructor at the gym which could guide you better. A year ago an old person joined my gym, I used to work out, he didn’t bother consulting to the instructor he started doing exercises on different machines and end up in a heart attack.</p>
<p>At an very old age, men and women can also practice exercises, which are done by special machines which are made for persons who can’t manage to walk up to the health club this goes for old people too. If you are old and obese at the same time it is quite obvious that it would be very hard for you to reach the health club. For the ease of old men and women, there are machines that vibrate and loosen up all of your muscles and burn the fat the same time which reduces the probability of getting a heart attract plus it regulates the blood movement in your muscles keeping them active with proper blood flow.<br />
